Last night there was an open house at our new fire station. Check out the view from the fire house. The kids got to climb all over the ambulance, fire truck and snow blower. I don't think I have heard sirens, in our neighborhood, more than twice in the three years we have lived in Suncrest. I wonder if we will be hearing them more often now that we have a station here. There won't be anyone staffed in the building until July 1st. 
I over heard a man ask the fire chief what the cost was for the fire truck. The answer was just
under 400K before adding in all the equipment.
The kids scored fire hats, and you can tell Collin is very happy he got one.
