Our summer list included making cakes. I picked up some sprinkles and pre-made icing. No reason to get all fancy, right? Instead of making one big cake, I split the cake mix between several different size ramekins and some mini muffins.
Collins mini cakes hardly made to the frosting.
There really was no holding back on the sprinkles. The floor and counter were just as decorated as the cakes.
