When I saw these calling cards on Pugly Pixel I was in love. I wanted one.

I've been thinking about getting some kind of card, and then it hit me. Just make something.
With Pugly Pixel's cards as my inspiration this is what I made...
I picked up the stamp kit at Office Max. There were three options and I went with the least expensive kit. This proved to by good and bad.
Bad because I think the stamp was smaller and couldn't fit my url: thesaltypineapple.blogspot.com. As I was getting frustrated trying to figure out how to make it work the good came.
I sucked it up and paid for a dot com. You now can access this site by typing thesaltypineapple.com! If you use the blogspot url it will redirect you to the same place.
Tess helped me put these cards together. She was upset when I wouldn't make a personalized stamp for her own cards.
So, you can't actually give me a phone call because I didn't add my phone number, but I didn't know what else to call this cards. You get the idea, right?
Last Thursday I attended Creative Collaborative and listened to Melissa Esplin of ISLY and C. Jane from C. Jane, Enjoy it speak. They shared their stories and thoughts on blogging and being creative.
The whole experience of trying to meet other creatives is new to me and a little nerve racking. I enjoyed the meeting and met some really nice people. I'm hoping to try and do this more often and not be so nervous about it. I mean I'm totally legit - I have calling cards!
