I love sweet corn. We are lucky enough to get if right from my in-laws backyard. Mike, the kids and I helped pick and shuck about 80 ears of corn the other day. It was such a fun family activity.
Mike's favorite way to cook corn on the cob is on the grill.
1. Take a piece of tin foil that is big enough to wrap around you corn, and set the cob on top.
2. Top the uncooked corn with a slice of butter, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper.
3. Wrap tin foil up and grill on high for about ten minutes. Turn the corn once or twice in that time.
Unwrap and enjoy.
