I've spent the couple of hours cutting and wrapping homemade caramels. I went with a new recipe, and it didn't disappoint.
The recipe makes a batch to fit in an 8x8 inch pan. I quadrupled the recipe to fit my biggest cookie sheet.
Delicious. That's what caramel is.

The look delish! I tried at least 4 times last winter to get Sea Caramels to turn out right and failed all 4 times, I need lessons
