So now what am I going to do?
A few weeks ago Mike bought me a road bicycle. I wanted an anniversary band. There's a couple more months until our actual anniversary, so I am still pushing that button.
Back to the bike. I enjoy spin class at the gym, and thought that road biking might be a good activity for me. Mike is excited for us to have a new hobby together. I'm planning on practicing clipping in and out of my pedals for a while before hitting the roads. The last thing I want is to look cute in my spandex and fluorescent green helmet, then fall over when I come to a stop because I wasn't quick enough getting my feet unlocked.
Back on the bandwagon of healthy eating and physical fitness! I can do hard things. Does anyone else ever get derailed on fitness goals?
